We collect the following data when you request the Vibe Deploy service:
- Contact Information: Full name, email address, Telegram username.
- Project & Technical Data: Project description, technology stack, deployment requirements, preferred architecture (Serverless or Docker/EC2), code status, domain details, and business goal — as provided in the inquiry form.
- Infrastructure Data: AWS account details (for temporary access during deployment), Terraform configuration, deployment logs, and metadata necessary to set up your infrastructure.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, referral source, and basic interaction data with our website.
Important: We do not require you to send sensitive personal data (health records, financial details, etc.). If your project involves such data from your end-users, its security and compliance remain entirely your responsibility.
We process your data only for the following purposes:
- To evaluate your request and deliver the Vibe Deploy service (AWS infrastructure setup using Terraform).
- To communicate with you regarding the deployment process, schedule the sync call, and deliver completed infrastructure (Terraform blueprints, documentation, access instructions).
- To set up monitoring tools (Sentinel, CloudWatch alerts) and protect you from unexpected AWS costs.
- To improve our service, respond to support requests, and maintain deployment records.
- For legal compliance and to exercise or defend our rights.
We do not use your project code or personal data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or for any purpose unrelated to delivering the service you requested.
- Consent — when you submit the form and agree to this Policy.
- Performance of a contract — to provide the requested deployment service.
- Legitimate interest — to improve our service, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted parties when strictly necessary:
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) — to create and configure infrastructure in your AWS account.
- Monitoring tools (Sentinel, CloudWatch) — for billing alerts and infrastructure health checks.
- Payment processors — if you pay for the service.
- Contractors — only for technical support of the deployment process, under strict confidentiality.
Your AWS credentials and code are not stored by us after deployment is complete. We use temporary OIDC-based access where possible and revoke it after the job is done.
- Contact and project request data — up to 12 months after the last interaction, or until you request deletion.
- Deployment records and logs — up to 24 months for legal and support purposes.
- After a deletion request, we will erase your data within 30 days, except where required by legal obligations.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data.
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Right to restrict or object — to certain types of processing.

Your data may be processed outside Ukraine (including the United States via AWS). We rely on appropriate safeguards — including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable — and AWS security measures to protect your information.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is 100% secure.
Scope of our responsibility: We are responsible for the security of the infrastructure we deploy. Security and compliance of your application code — including how it handles your end-users' personal data — remains your sole responsibility. We do not audit or review business logic or application-level security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated «Last Updated» date. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
